This website was created, is owned and operated by the responsible entity José Padrão Mendes Unipessoal Lda, legal representative of the Neuropsyque brand, with VAT number 517594056, headquartered at Rua Dr Bastos Gonçalves 5B R/C, 1600-898 Lisboa, ERS Registration E176824, (hereinafter referred to as "NeuroPsyque"), and its use is governed by these Terms of Use.

Neuropsyque is a medical clinic run by José Padrão Mendes Unipessoal Lda, whose main activity is the management of healthcare provision.

Acceptance of the Terms of Use

The user of the Site (hereinafter referred to as the "User") recognises that by using this Site they accept these Terms of Use.

Changes to the Terms of Use

NeuroPsyque reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and with immediate effect, to amend, add to, update or delete, in whole or in part, these Terms of Use. The User should periodically check these Terms of Use to confirm whether any updates or changes have been made. If you do not agree with any of the rules of use, you must not use the Site.

Site Access

Access to the Site is not subject to registration. NeuroPsyque has the exclusive right, at any time, to suspend, partially or totally, access to the Site, in particular for management, maintenance, repair, alteration or modernisation operations, and to terminate, permanently or temporarily, partially or totally, at any time, in accordance with its wishes, the Site or any of the services, without prior notice.

Use of the website

Use of the Site is subject to compliance with the following rules:

Do not use the Site to send or make available any content that is illegal, false, misleading, threatening, malicious, abusive, defamatory, insulting, invasive of privacy, racially, ethically or morally reprehensible, harmful or offensive to the dignity of persons or harmful to minors, or that may negatively affect the brand or image of the NeuroPsyque clinic;

In particular, you may not promote or publicise any brand, product or service on the Site, such as through sales offers, requests for sponsorship or the promotion of competitions.

Do not impersonate someone or some entity, including but not limited to a NeuroPsyque clinic manager, guide or receive someone as if they were a host, or falsely testify to kinship or connection with someone;

Do not post or transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised content as SPAM.

Do not collect, store, make available, transmit, exploit or reproduce information about other users (including user names and/or e-mail addresses) for unauthorised purposes.

In general, the User must use the Website in a responsible, prudent and careful manner and must not disturb or degrade the continuity, integrity and quality of its resources and functionalities. Users recognise that their use of the Site is at their own risk and that they are solely responsible for any damage caused to their computer system and/or equipment or any other damage or harm, including loss or damage to data, resulting from the use of materials, content or information obtained in any way through the Site.
